It's difficult to know what a software company is really like when you're applying for jobs. Do they use automated test? How many hours do they work? Is there a career path? What score would they get on the Joel Test? You can try to find this information online, but it would take hours if it exists at all. You can try asking the hiring manager, but you can never really be sure if their idea of agile is just having a field called sprint on the issue tracker. That's where codehapy.info comes into play. It's like glassdoor where developers can submit annonymous information about their company and then search for their ideal company based on the attributes they value most. It only works if we all help each other out, so come submit a survey today!
